I won my Unemployment Arbitration Case!

Wanted to share some great news , I just received a notice saying I have Won my Unemployment Arbitration Case against my former employer
Not saying all the details, I was awarded benefits my former employer disputed after I was terminated and I have received a Fair award that the Mediators worked out on my behalf..

Now,I feel relief and not as stressed about my current situation:🙂

I went through something very similar and bad, I mean bad, a few years ago. I won't go into it but it cost my kids a Christmas, almost my house and just my sanity. I won it eventually but I tell you it was horrible!

You go girl!!! I don't know the details but I do know how it feels to be wrongfully terminated, told they won't contest unemployment, then attempt to blackmail me into signing a waiver. By the time unemployment got finished with them, they looked like idiots! And it's on the unemployment bureau's record that I was terminated without just cause.

I have to find out the statute of limitations on wrongful termination suits in Ohio; I intend to wait until the day before it runs out then file an action against them. She'd crap in her pants on that one!!!

I'm glad you are getting some financial support; good luck in your future pursuits.

I've been unfairly accused of things others have done,
so I have some idea how infuriating such injustice is,

and I hope each of you are able to make these lousy creeps eat crow
