Idea for video producers

I've had this tickle video idea floating in my head for awhile It involves a bride from her wedding One idea is a jealous bridesmaid kidnaps the bride from the wedding She tickles the bride so the bride won't get married,because the bridesmaid wants the guy for herself

Another one involves the groom On the honeymoon she finds out about his fetish for tickling nylon clad feet While she's still in the wedding dress he ties her up and tickles her
Or better yet the bride and 3 or 4 bridesmaids are tied up ang getting their nylon clad feet tickled Hmmmm sounds like a story from the Nylon Dungeon Anyone else like the idea?

Loved the idea! I've often thought about the bridesmaid's one myself. I've got plenty of nylon foot tickling video (or photo or artwork) ideas myself as well.

awesome idea gen.zod. i've thought about it many times before. it'd be really cool but the only question i'd have to ask you is do you have any idea how much a "production" like that would cost? im guessing at least $3500.00. model fees, bridesmaid dresses, the bride's gown, a realistic building to shoot it in, flowers, pantyhose, a groom, etc. let alone finding 4 attractive girls who are willing to even do such a video.

sure you could cut corners here and there but to do it right, to really capture the theme right you can't cut corners. i agree with you that it has never been done and its a great idea but with how small the tickling video sales market is, its out of reach financially IMHO. 🙂

Cheap dresses can be found at garage sales (I was trying to shoot a short movie long ago, and found tons of great clothes at garage sales for pennies on the dollar. I saw a bride's gown for $5.00!) Accessories and flowers and such can be just as cheap.

But even easier, why does it have to be a full gown? Why does it have to be "official" bride's maids dresses? Find a few girls, have them wear similiar nice outfits, all one color, or matching colors. They probably already have pantyhose. Have the "bride" wear a nice white outfit, imply in the story that she is the bride and people will get it, you don't need the full get up. Let them know that the outfits won't get damaged (tie them up with pantyhose, and it shouldn't tear damage anything.)

A set, well, any nice house, or okay house will do, as long as it is well lit. A dark house looks cheap, a well lit house, no matter how humble, looks great.
Now you just have the model fees. Do you really need professional models? Why not hire amateurs for less than the hundreds or thousands the pros demand? Then, if they take a day rate instead of an hourly one, you can have a little more elaborate shoot, more close-ups, etc.

I had a teacher, and he did an independant movie on film stock, had a pretty elaborate production, won a bunch of awards, and he did it for about $10,000. That was mostly the cost of renting the camera and buying and processing all the film stock! He got a well known actor who wasn't huge, but recognizable, to work for free, just for the resume and free food and perks. All his crew and actors worked for free, his locations were donated free of charged, he got a helicopter rented for free, people just gave him old clothes and let him borrow their old cars for one day.

When you ask for things like this, you may get nine "no's," but all you need is that one "yes," and you're on your way to a great shoot. All you need is a few yes', and you're good to go.

or have the groom, and best man tickle the bride, or groom tickles the brides maid.
