Ideas for a Road Trip From Milwaukee

I'm trying to plan a road trip in early March with a good friend. We live in Milwaukee WI and I'm hoping for somewhere warmer than here, preferably within a 6 hour or so drive. Something kind of adventurous and interesting, with some adrenaline. I should note the friend is female and with some of the things that have recently happened between us, I'm hoping that we can become more than friends. So if there's an element of romance, that's a big plus. Anybody have any suggestions?

You're not really going to find super great weather within a 6 hour drive of Milwaukee, but Nashville is under 9 hours and it's an awesome city. Well worth the drive. Also the weather won't be as bitter cold.
