How can you leave a child in a car this time of year when it's below freezing at night. It was 28 degrees here this 6:30 morning. I can't imagine what it was like in MA at 1:30 am. Clearly a case of 'If I Only had a Brain'

This is nothing. 10 years ago, I worked retail for a bit and I've had to make dashes outside to stop brainless women who would leave their baby (in their car seat carrier) on top of the car while they were getting ready to drive off. Several times this happened! These dumb mothers would make sure to pack up all their shopping bags and keep drinking their latte while talking on their cell phone. The baby? Well, who could keep track of that?

Those kids owe me their lives....you know, assuming they are still alive.

Something about this story doesn't add up. He leaves the boy in the car, then claims he lost him in the store; why? Plus he doesn't go back to his own car, but calls somebody else for a ride? Why in the world would he not have used his own car to get home?

Either the guy is one of the world's biggest morons .... or he meant to leave the boy there, as awful as that sounds.

Yeah... ya know, it was almost 1:30am. The kid was tired, and decided he didn't want to be up late Black Friday shopping, so he grabbed the keys, wandered out to the car, locked himself in, strapped himself to the car seat and took a nap. Seems legit. 😛
