I'd have the million dollars. Witht hat money I'd put it to interest at 10% per annum and live a grand lifestyle on $100,000 a year. With that sort of money I'd be able to fly to Passive Arts every other week and tickle the bejasus out of all their pretty girls!

$1,000,000 isn't enough to pay off even HALF of all the celebrity girls I want to tickle torture. 🙂 So I'd take a day-long tickle session with each of the couple hundred female celebrities I can think of to tickle, and if I get even a 1% return on my tickle investment, I'll have a few ticklish celebrities that actually enjoy it and want more (and wouldn't mind dishing out a severe tickling on me, too.) :-D
