I was with a women who would get ticklish in her unmentionable area, my toungue would drive into hysterics. So I think it's possible. It might or it might not be.

Noone made it official, it may or it may not be. While I agree that this is not from a tickling video , there is just as much possibility that she is being tickled then that she is not.
