Congratulations! You've set a perfect example for what every spinner wants to be!

You found yourself in the midst of a scandal that has grown such that you've chosen to not seek re-election. You knew you were a lost cause in the eyes of your adoring public. So what did you do? Some say you found a heart. Some say you found God. Some say you found an easy way out. Rather than being remembered as the subject of Federal Prodecutor's attentions, you're now the dear little man who saved all those poor death row inmates. Good Show, Georgie, good show!

Thanks to the maker that you decided to take sweeping actions! Who knew that every single person you pardon was innocent! It's wonderful to see the decisions of so many courts and juries undermined like that! It was heart warming and nourishing to see you take such a stand from the goodness of your heart! I speak on behalf of everyone I'm sure! ESPECIALLY, the Daddy whose daughter was raped and mutilated! I really think that woman whose husband was murdered during a robbery will be particularly thankful as she puts her fatherless babies to bed at night! Wow, what can I say other than "Thanks!"

Isn't that what Clinton did? Mike Moore calls Clinton "one of the best republican presidents we've had" because he was actually (apparently) pretty conservative, and just signed all those environment protection bills and stuff right at the end of his term so he'd be remembered as a great guy.
