Hmmmm......perhaps it's because I'm a nerd, but I personally kind of enjoy thinking of a variety of "eras".....but if I had to choose just one, I would think the Victorian Era would have allowed for all sorts of devious scenarios wherein women had to wear multiple layers of clothing and huge hoop dresses....all of which would allow for hidden chastity belts designed to tickle in the most excruciating places and multiple opportunities wherein a woman would have to be formal with a quiet stoic look on her face...which would make for quite a few amusing scenarios wherein a tickler could trap her feet under her seat and tickle her for hours...slowly working her to the verge of tears or making her laugh at all the wrong moments....All these things would depend on a Ler wit a fiendish playful flirtatious mind....perhaps a royal king or queen who is determined to select his/her next bride by who has the least resistance to the ticklish torture?
