I can sympathize; i recently got out of a relationship where I had the same problem only in reverse. She had cute, hyper-ticklish feet but refused to let me touch them. XD that wasn't the only reason the relationship didn't go well of course, but it certainly couldn't have gotten any better from there.

Hey Steph, NICE soles.
First I would rub baby oil or lotion on your soles & between your toes. Then baby powder to dry them, still rubbing & massaging. THEN, I would slow-w-w-ly stroke your soles up & down with my fingers. Exploring each wrinkle, each & every part of your feet, heels, UNDER your toes, between your toes, arches . . . EVERYWHERE. THEN, I take out my Bag O' Tricks. In it are an assortment of brushes, feathers, & other gadgets to tickle your fancy . . . I MEAN FEET!
And that's the first 10 minutes.
