Hmmm... just one spot? I don't know... tickling someone for so long a time and not getting to visit all their most vulnerable spots... call me crazy, but I think I would pass on this.

If I wouldn't, here is what my answer would be:

A) A girl

B) Tied to a wooden pillar in a kneeling position, with cushions under her knees for comfort, her hands placed so they are touching her elbows, whole forearms tied behind her back (and around the pillar) in such a way, her ankles tied behind the pillar as well, one on top of other.

C) Her breasts (since it's for a long time)

D) Either one of these: schoolgirl uniform with one of those light white shirts you can oh-so-slowly unbutton (with no underwear of course), a kimono, or nothing at all.

E) Since it would be a long, slow session of tickling, I would use my teeth, tongue, lips, fingers, feathers (both ends), vibrators, and anything else that would come to mind.
