Seems like fraud to me. I don't think that I would want to defraud someone that I know (or someone I don't know, either). I believe that bad karma will always come back to bite you in the butt. 😎

I say that our radio program is doing a laughing contest. The person has to have someone tickle their feet so we can record the reaction for the radio. Then I say that our listeners vote on the best laugh. In my experience about 75% of people agree to do it. I don't really see it as fraud, its not like I am stealing their money or anything. Just stealing a little ticklish laughter. Well your entitled to your opinion.

It is not fraud. Nor is it harassment. It is a little dishonest maybe, but not in the least bit reprehensible. If the person - shall we call him/her the victim - well if the victim states unequivocally at any time during the call that he/she is not interested then leave him/her alone, if however she is game for a laugh then i say milk the situation for all it is worth. Really!! - Sometimes the boundary between acceptable and reprehensible is a very unclear one, but in this situation i cannot see any potential harm being inflicted on the victim - neither physically or psychologically.

Furthermore you plan has one major drawback!
It assumes friendliness with the intended target - and no matter how hard i try i don't think i will succeed in befriending Christina Aguillerra any time soon - 🙁
