I can't really remember the name of the people in it...
But I can describe it.
It starts off with this southern blond girl strapped to a table being assaulted on her underarms by this guy, and he leaves for a few seconds, and during the absence, the camera girl is talking to the ticklee about something, can't recall what. Any way, the man comes back with this contraption that has four (I think) feathers that rotate and a central feather that spins in the middle.
She is then under attack by this device for sometime until they let her go, only to say, "We want to see if you can belly dance, we will tickle you more if you suck." which she does, so she's strapped up to an X-frame while standing and is tickled.
That is all I can remember of this clip...
