I'm thinking about having a custom clip made and need a script

I was looking for a creative story involving some tickling and foot worship so I could have a custom video made. I'd like something involving someone getting captured, bound, tickled, and have her feet worshiped. I'm looking for something out of the box, hillbillies, zombies, twisted teacher, it doesn't matter. The more detail the better and preferably something that could actually be filmed. I appreciate the effort anyone puts in and thank you in advance for your ideas.
