The text from John said.
"Need you up here in no more than 24 hours. Guy has 100 million dollars in Energy assets that he wants to sell RFS at a bargain basement price of one third to one half of that. Must sell assets to pay debts or he goes into bankruptcy."
Ross looked at the message feeling groggy, and then nearly stumbled, and fell over, face down onto the bed.
The movement of the bed , of course, stirred the teacher.
"Ross? Honey what's the matter?" Kayley asked quietly with concern.
Ross crawled into bed, and curled up "Got up to go to the bathroom, got dizzy spell, tried to come back to bed. John texted me. Someone in trouble wants to sell us one hundred million in assets for one third or one half of that. Have to go up there tomorrow" Ross said.
Kayley cackled. "Over this teacher and partner's dead body! The only place you are going if you cant walk is to Doctor G or Doctor K with me! You just came back from Toronto. Talk to John on the phone, or do it via Zoom" Kayley said.
"I will call John in the morning and tell him I'm not feeling well. I definitely cant go if I'm feeling like this" Ross said.
"Let the teacher hold you, and go back to sleep. I'm here" Kayley said, holding Ross.
Ross was curled up feeling like he was spinning, and in agony from a dizzy spell, and a migraine.
The next morning, around 730, Ross called John.
"John, I got your text. I had a very bad night with migraines and dizzy spells. You saw how badly I looked yesterday. I should go to the Doctor today. Can you please put this guy off a day or two? If we do it tomorrow, I will Zoom it from here. If you can put him off a few days, say three or four, I will get a med and rest to try and knock this out of me, so that I can bring a nurse and come up there for the day? Yours and his choice, and let me know" Ross said quietly.
"I will tell the guy that my partner was just here yesterday and had to go home because he was not feeling well. I will try to stall him for a week. If we cant do that and he wants it sooner, then just Zoom it. Let me see what I can do." John said.
"Thanks, buddy" Ross said.
Ross got out of bed, called Doctor G, went over, and got migraine meds, which of course made him sick to his stomach.
Thus,. Ross decided to work it with John to go up there in two days, and take a nurse with him. Ross then called the RossShell office and said he would not be in due to being sick. He did not want to clutter his mind when he was feeling sick.
When Kayley came home the day after Ross had his episode, Ross said. "I swear, I am going to pack RossShell in. It is getting to me. It is getting on my nerves. Every time I think about the circus I created, I am angry with myself, and it makes me sick" Ross spewed.
"Will you just lie here, and get better! We both know that you cant make a decision like that unless you really think it through. Just worry about feeling better and seeing if the energy deal goes through" Kayley said.
By Day Three, Ross was feeling better, and went to Toronto with a nurse. "I will be home tonight. I promise. Even if it is not that early. I want to meet with this one guy, see what he has to offer, and then I will come home, as early as possible, okay?" Ross said.
"Its okay. You waited more than two days, you seem better, have meds, and are going with a nurse. Just go up , listen to the deal, and see" Kayley said.
Ross kissed Kayley. "Thanks , teacher. You are the best"
"You made a wise move not to go when you were not feeling well, and you did not go into the office. Just go focus on this, and see" Kayley said.
The nurse met Ross at the apartment, and the two went to the airport, for the plane to Toronto.
When they got there, it was to RFS Toronto office, and then to lunch with the man involved with the company.
Ross and John listened, as the man laid out the foundation for the company, the price, and the debts.
"A company with one hundred mil in assets, for no more than maybe forty mil. How does that sound?" The man said.,
"I will see how it sounds when I get back to New York tomorrow and I have my company examiner check it out, and my attorney call your attorney and discuss the details and specifics" Ross said quietly.
"Okay, take as much time as you need. Thank You for meeting me" The man said.
The man left., Ross and John stayed behind, and talked about the specifics.
"Ross, when you get back to New York, I recommend calling Alan Hell and asking him to suggest the best attorney he knows. This could be a steal for RFS, but we have to be careful" John said.
"I agree. I will call Alan tomorrow, and then let's do a conference call with Fritz and Steve tomorrow to discuss this among the four of us" Ross said.

The men said goodbye. Ross went to the airport with the nurse. The two took the plane from Toronto to JFK.,
They Ubered home, and Ross was about to enter the apartment in triumph, when more trouble hit him.
