I heard that Aimster closed 🙁 Is it true?

I can't conncet...but i heard to, that Aimster change his name to Madster.... I'm not a Member of this Company, can anybody give me a link to download the new Version? Please, It's very important for me.

I was just reading a techy article on this today.

Aimster has indeed become Madster. They've also been slapped with a restraining order to shut down their servers while they answer for some piracy activity on their networks. The article said they were disobeying the order, though. looks like that's changed.

They were charging people monthly to use their service. A court order is currently preventing them from operating.

kazaa lite is the best for file sharing

Now that aimster appears to be gone, the clear best way to share vids is on the kazaa network. The real kazaa program has spyware/adware, but there is a version available with only the file-sharing components at http://www.kazaalite.com/. It's way better than aimster because it can resume failed downloads and search for multiple sources.

Think thats an good idea. Kazzaa keeps the downloads if the user goes offline, to care on at another time. In fact the program is better then aimster to share.
