Do you have Windows XP or Mac ?. If you have Windows XP, you must to download the last version of wmp (Windows Media Player), right now is 10 and to enable the option for to get the codecs, automaticly.

Ok, the clip is wmv file format, so Mac OS X doesn't play it, so you'll need a player for wmv file format in your Mac. What OS version do you have ?. I have Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.1 and my Win XP Intel PC, maybe i can give you a fix.
