In what situations is someone fair-game or not fair-game to be tickled?

Feel free to give any real-life examples.

yeah anytime safety would be an issue....it was off limits to tickle..we had a rule in the kitchen so that if one of us (usually my wife) was using a sharp utensil, there was to be no 'horseplay' that might accidentally injure a person. however..that did not mean 100% 'hands off'...... so when I came home and found my wife at the sink and I couldn't see her hands...I could still slip my arms around her or on her.....in a quiet, non-threatening way... just an innocent hug....then I'd lean over her shoulder and start telling her about the day etc while watching for signs of sharp objects in or near her hands...if there were none... many times I was treated to an quick little gasp or tensing up...it was like her body was saying "Oh Crap He caught me...."
 
I work at a salon and the assistants will wash the bowls that the stylists use to mix colors for their hair clients. As they are washing the bowls, I used a pen that had a peacock feather on the end and used it to tickle the back of the neck and ears of the girl washing the bowls, and she couldn't do much about it lmao But tbh I think she had a little crush on me, so maybe she was enjoying it because she was beat red after she was able to drop the bowl, take off the nylon gloves and get away lmao
 
If someone has their feet propped up relaxing on the couch, or their toes sticking out the end of bed (while they're awake or asleep), or if they're laying facedown on the bed awake but have feet without shoes, I think they are fair-game to be tickled.

Also, if someone you know (it's probably best not to do it to strangers, even though it is very tempting), is laying on the beach or beside the swimming pool or are in the swimming pool I think they are definitely fair-game to have their bare feet tickled.

Haha, I agree. Other than in a situation where it would be physically dangerous for the person to be tickled (my post below for example), any time and situation is fair game for an attractive woman to be tickled.

If they're not in the right mood you may get an aggressive/angry response/reaction, but if you can take that, they're definitely still fair game to be tickled.

It really should be someone who's comfortable around you and vise versa. And no situation where they can get hurt.

In martial arts we had learned takedowns. One of them involves buckling your opponent at the hip, and pulling their ankle out from under them where they stand, knocking them off their feet, then turning to lock and stretch their whole leg. I fantasized one day using that maneuver to tickle my opponent's foot.

That one video of the wrestler who tickles his opponent's foot to get out of a sleeper hold is my hero.
 
I know this is boring, buuut if a woman tickles me, then I will tickle her back lol.
 
I don't tickle people outside of pre-established sessions.
 
If you're sitting with a woman you know, friend or family member, and they are wearing shoes that expose the tops of their feet and toes, they can be fair game to have the tops of their feet and toes tickled.

Although, you have to weigh up the situation/environment you're in.
 
1. If someone tickles you it is fair game to tickle them.

2. If you have a flirty relationship with someone and they make a snappy comment it is fair game to tickle.

3. If a good friend plops their bare feet on you or right next to you it is fair game to tickle them.

4. Assuming your girlfriend/wife/partner is not completely opposed to being tickled then it is fair game to tickle them at least briefly .
