In the meantime, the virus which had felled Ross for two days was finally out of his system. Ross was able to go back into the office for a full day's work the next day.
However, Steve called Ross, and told Ross that Ross should not have any unneeded meetings or phone calls with Fish until the evaluator was finished with his analysis.
That day proved to be one with fireworks. Steve himself was "Fed Up" with what Fish was proposing. Steve decided to straight out call Fish on the phone and directly present what Steve thought the problem was. An at first rather loud "disagreement" turned into an all out yelling match, which in turn led to nasty e-mails being exchanged. Finally, both Steve and Fish calmed down, and Fish was able to understand the concern whch Steve and Ross had for all of RFS, with the deal that was seemingly being "rushed" Steve said. "John, all four partners of RFS. You, me, Ross, and Fritz, and the whole company, plus any investors we would need or being in, would be will all benefit from this deal. Why do it in such a rush? Any independent evaluator, will not take John's side, Steve's side, or Ross's side, since Fritz does not know about this. I ask you, please, let's slow down, and make sure this project is all in our best interests" Steve reasoned.
John said he understood, called the parties involved, and explained that there was no way that either John, Ross, Steve or anyone from RFS could sign any project like this, in such a rush, and unless an independent evaluator okayed it. Finally, both exploded in ecstasy.

"Kale, please dont worry about that. I'm not as upset as I was because now Steve and I got Fish to see reason. If something is wrong, the evaluator will find it, and tell us not to do it at all, to only do a part of it, or maybe to buy pieces for a discounted price. I dont know. I have a day to day life to lead with you, at RossShell, and hopefully an OKC trip before Toronto is even decided. " Ross said.

That could be a major thing for all of us. Fish drops the bumb on Ross, Ross comes running to Steve, and then Ross and Steve convince Fish to have an evaluator look over the deal. Was I not entitled to that information? I remind both of you gentlemen that I own one quarter of these companies we have" Fritz said.

We wanted to see if we could get him to listen to reason before just blowing into a deal blindly. Luckily he did. This independent person will give us his opinion before RFS invests one penny of the company's money into any of these projects. We have thirty days to wait, so please let's just not worry about it. Ross and I have three likely shows starting tomorrow. We just want to focus on those before worrying about the other thing. It could be a simple buy with price negotiation, a split up, a fight for price, or a pass" Steve said.
"Fine, but whatever you guys do, someone had better tell me everything, or I swear I will not sign on the dotted line, got it?" Fritz said.

"Please cancel whatever you both were going to do tomorrow. In just one day , a friend of mine and I looked at these companies. We have one very good piece of news, and one very bad piece of news. I feel it unprofessional of me to discuss something as important as this on the phone. I ask both you and Ross to meet me at my office at noon tomorrow. This discussion might and likely will take a while" The man said.
"Okay, Ross and I will be there at noon tomorrow. Trust me , we have all the time in the world for you" Steve said.

"We have to meet him at his office at noon tomorrow. The guy said its one very good piece of news, and one very bad piece of news" Steve said.
