Instant Messaging, like Yahoo Messenger and Skype not working?

I believe that page (sendmessage.php) was disabled to stop spam from being sent through it.

I am not sure what you mean by Skype and Yahoo Messenger being disabled. If you are clicking Skype/Yahoo links in profiles and getting that error, it may have disabled direct IM messaging. I suggest PMing the members in question if you want to chat with them.
