A while back, I wrote that it would be cool to combine a gathering with another activity. In other words, go to a concert, or ballgame, or amusement park to break the ice, then end the day w/some tickling(maybe that already happens at gatherings. I've never been to one) Well every year in Atlanta, there's an awesome three day festival featuring over 100 bands, and this year the lineup includes Sheryl Crow, Live, LLCoolJ, Godsmack, Morris Day, and the Time, Edgar Winter Group, Seether, Def Leppard, Everclear, Crosby, Stills & Nash, among others. Tickets are only $45 - FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND! Check out www.musicmidtown.com. As you can tell, there's something musically for everyone in this festival. Tony Bennett will even be there! I think this might be a great way for us to meet old friends, and make some new ones! And for those of you who have never been to Hotlanta before, it's really a fun city!(I only lived there for 6 mths. but I had a great time) The only problem is this festival starts the 1st wkend in May, so that only gives us about 5 weeks to organize a gathering. Like I said, I've never been to a gathering before, so this would be new to me, but I'd love to meet some of you, and I think this festival would be a helluva lot of fun. Think about it - Live Music, and Tickling - two of my favorite things. Anybody interested?
