The Gravensteen... This dreaded fortress looms over the medieval city of Ghent. It is here that Inquisitress Kitzalia has arrived to interrogate some very unfortunate heretics and pagans...

Individually, these are masterpieces (each picture could hold its own thread with ease). Together, they're an epic! What an amazing amount of high-quality work! The castle exterior is particularly fine. Incredible professional quality... you could easily be doing production art for Peter Jackson films! The interiors are properly imposing and oppressive: Kitzalia's aura of supreme authority is established beyond question. A very canny idea to vary the poses and the areas of torture... the viewer has no chance to become complacent. The last picture even offers two stages of the same torment: active hilarity and exhausted aftermath! The faces are extremely evocotive: picture 3 is especiallly strong... the battle of wills is most evident. I don't know what you could possibly do to top this series, but (1) I'm sure you soon will, and (2) I can't wait to see it!

Great pic! Though one slight complaint that the woman in the third pic is showing a lovely belly that isn't being tickled. A great shame that 😛

Littlebighead, that's about the greatest compliment anyone could give me (the one about the Peter Jackson films) I have (almost literally) drooled over the making-off of Lord of the Rings (all three of them) and it is one my greatest whishes to do that kind of work someday. Thanks!
Actually, this castle does exist (the most famous castle of Flanders, be it not the most famous of Belgium). It had quite a dark reputation in medieval times (and after that). As I live close by it, I am quite familiar with it, and I just had to use it as the setting for this series.
I will probably add two other characters, as a kind of henchmen for Kitzalia, namely Pastor Krank (old, insane preacher who keeps record of all confessions) and Brother Bruiser (Big, dumb, brutish monk who acts as a kind of bodyguard and tickling torture device operator).
Just some ideas... I have yet to work them out.

OMG, amazing work. just love so many of the details. like the rock hard nipples in the third pic, the facial expressions, the cruel looking features of the tickler, and her eye patch. And so prolific too! I also like the exhausted/desperate look of resignation on the left woman in the forth pic. great great work.

I'm only loving your work more, the more of it I see. It really is fresh and new (in a dark kinda way). It reminds me of some of the stuff that I would do if I actually knew how to DRAW!!!!

Well, Ahcharge, the time I need to finish these pictures depends on the size and complexity of the drawing. But an A4-sized drawing with, lets say one to three characters and a not too complex background, I usually do in one day. More complex drawings may take up to two or three days. That's the maximum, because if they would take longer, I'd lose interest in them, and they wouldn't get finished at all.

As for non-tickling artwork, I'd like too post some, but where would I put it? There is no seperate non-tickling art section on this site, and neither do I have a personal gallery like some others have here.

Anyway, I'm glad you like my work! 🙂

Amazing works! The last one is definately my fav out of the set. I love the girl on the left that's just sitting in the stocks after her torment, listening to the muffled squeals and pleas of the girl next to her while she simply waits for her turn to come back around. ^^
