Hello All
I've got an interview on Monday and I'm in the middle of preparing for it. Now one interview questions that seems to rear its ugly head most of the time is:
"Where do you see yourself in 2 (or 5) years time?"
I always seem to make something up from the top of my head at the time but it is usually along the lines of, I want to be happy in my job and not feel like I cannot progress. I would like to be able to enhance my career, learn from other people and then let others learn from me.
But I'm not sure whether that is a good enough response so I thought I'd ask you guys.
So how would you respond to that question in an interview situation?
Maybe there are some managers out there who have conducted interviews and have asked the same/similar question- what kind of responses are you looking for?
Any ideas would be most welcome😀
Thank you!
