Yes, hello to all the Theater veterans as well as all you newbies- This post is for you newbies- Many of you have not had the chance to check out tickleworld. Below is a sample clip............ And the rumors are true- we do extend all of our cartoon tickling segments to offer a longer, more enjoyable tickling experience. And yes, we do offer many clips of everyday women caught in compromising situations by their husbands/boyfriends, and tickled without mercy on home video. We had to put out a call across the country to find some real tickling caught on home movies, but the result was well worth the effort! Our "specials" section also features some regular "next door" girls talked into wrestling with each other, and then "advised" to tickle each other as a way to win the wrestling match. Rumors? What rumors? Nobody talks about you except to say what a pain in the ass spammer you are. Every one of your damn posts goes in the wrong forum. You never have anything new and 12 of your 16 posts have been exactly the same wording! In your last thread you didnt even get the forum name right...you called us the TMF!
You're REALLY getting on our nerves. If you can't at least put your spam in the right area of the forum then you're in continues violation of the rules and you won't be permitted to post anymore. I doubt anyone from here gives you any money anyway since every one of your posts is followed by half a dozen people telling everyone that your site is lame.

BESIDES -- if you have a cartoon section, that is, a section of your pay site that has clips from animated cartoons -- TMNT and the like -- please be advized that you are engaging in some serious copyright infringement. Commercial animated cartoons are owned property and you don't have the right to resell them. Even in part.

What interests me is why this guy is allowed a place under the "Premier Links" at the top of this page, right next to "Hosted Artists." That's how I became aware of his site at all. The link there would imply that Tickletheater somehow approves of that site, or is in contact with him.

I also notice that my last post, drawing attention to the previous discussion has been deleted.

I can't believe anyone would take other paysite's clips and put them on their own site; then again, I never would've expected someone to copy a fanfic from my site and then email it to me claiming it was theirs and they wanted me to post it on my site....it was one I wrote! It's just....low.

You know what - I agree with Tomservo, actually. We should just ignore all his posts from now. By constantly slamming his site, you're drawing more attention (and more potential customers) to it. However, given his terrible spamming technique I wonder, why he hasn't been banned already? :weird:

Considering it seriously, Koopa. He's been warned many times about spamming and yet today I deleted yet another of his spams from the vidclips forum.
THREADS IN THAT FORUM MUST CONTAIN A VIDEO!! What do we have to do to make that CLEAR?!
I'll be discussing it with Missy Val and HDS if he ever wanders back this way. None of us are particularly lenient when it comes to spammers and trolls (see my siggy).

He doesn't, el dave. I read through the TMF thread Jeff linked to and I dont think he answered a single concern that anyone expressed. The fact is he does NOT update ever. He simple replaces old clips with new clips until he cycles through the whole collection. This apparently takes 4 months. So he gets 4 months of subscription from people who want the whole collection instead of giving it all up at once and saving them 3 months worth of money. And yet he claims people have been subscribed for 2 years??
Nobody would do that. My guess is that if anyone actually remains subscribed past the 4 months required to see all the material that it is an oversight and the charge is ignored and forgotten about month after month. If you have a lot of auto billed charges each month this could happen easily.
And that's not even mentioning the fact that he's got a very few "original" clips. And I have yet to hear a single good review of any of them. Most of the "collection" seems to be mainstream clips and clips from other sites (pay or preview I am not sure).
I just don't see the value in it. If you want to pay for access to a giant collection of mainstream and preview clips you should go to ticklehell which I think is the same price but 1000 times bigger.
I didnt see a point to letting him stay. He offern nothing to the community. Simply being here to advertise his site is one thing and I wouldnt have banned him for it. But his refusal to follow the rules and his continued spamming of forums that are NOT meant for advertising (not to mention reports of him spreading viruses) meant that I (I should say WE actually) had to give him the boot. lol

Thanks to the mods for the action taken. The guys a total bullshit artist, but one still feels bad slamming him again and again and having him come back for more again and again. It is funny for a time, but he doesn't get the hint - and then it ceases to be anything but a pain.
