Intro...m/35/northern SF Bay Area...how common are straight male bottoms?

Hello,

I'm a single hetero guy about an hour's drive from Sacto, and only recently realized I've got the tickle bug going 🙂. I've been wondering how to meet similar folk.

I love the idea of making other being happy, so long as that doesn't involve pain/abuse/etc...by nature I'm a very gentle person, none of that is a turn-on. Other than that, I'd do just about anything to make folks I trust happy, in return for being tickled right straight outta my brainpan 🙂. Creatively tickling back is an option of course...unless somebody has other (safe, sane, pleasurable) ideas 🙂.

Other interests: I'm politically active, fairly well read, enjoy good intellectual debates that don't involve ripping into other people (ideas, ya, versus *people*).

I'm a Libertarian (technically, "small L" type, if you know that scene), don't do drugs/alky/cigs but I'm no fanatic about others (ie: typical Libertarian).

I've lived happily with cats, dogs and *ferrets*, which are the most fun you can get in a furkid 🙂.

In doing research on this "phenomenon", I've seen references to straight male "bottoms" like me being rare? In my case, my biggest problem is going to be finding people (group level or private) who I can trust, because my main interest is in being *totally* controlled, totally helpless, not knowing what's going to happen next other than it'll be fun 🙂. I'm actually more interested in group play, both because I'd be even more powerless from a group yet there'd be less likelihood of somebody abusing that trust. I think that a mixed-gender group of "tops" would work for me, I'm not "rabidly hetero" to a point where it wouldn't...but if the "tops" chose to go to a more intimate level, I wouldn't object and would prefer that be more girly 🙂.

well, I figure that they're more common than we're lead to believe. There is a definite interest to accommodate here in the TMF, but mostly only for the benefit of reciprocation purposes.

My Husband and I usually just get into tickle wars on a daily basis, but he'll be my bottom whenever I desire it of him. 😀

I'm not one to hide what I am 🙂. Given people I trust, and that's a *major* factor, I'd rather not be told how long it'll go, or how "below the waist" it'll get, or if nudity will factor in or not. I'd rather just say "no pain, no exchange of fluids, other than that y'all are in total control" 😛.

Ehhh...I should mention one other thing, by way of intro.

I'm so ticklish, I can actually self-tickle while fantasizing. Not a whole lot, but quite a bit...at least with "light touch" techniques (light fingertips, etc.). I haven't heard of that even being possible very often? Or is it not that rare either?

When being tickled, I'm *extremely* ticklish.

Cool, I already knew about Sacto on the 30th and really want to make that. Which is why the writing links, in part, y'all deserve to know more about me if you'll let me into such a wonderful thing 😛.

I have a current ladyfriend who lives some distance, we're close friends (and always will be) but not quite "lovers" and engage in sexy play now and again. I learned how much I love being tickled through her, the first time she tickled my tush I dang near went nuts 😀. But she isn't ticklish *at all*, I mean just nada, until I finally figured out her ONE spot: nipples via my tongue 😀. Once I could get her feeling as happy as I was, I felt even better.

But...since she wasn't "into tickling" per se, there was a limit to how far things could go...she just never felt right "fully cutting loose" (which for purely mechanical reasons really needs restraints anyways, right?).

The ultimate would be to make a lady happy by giving her control, and then reciprocate in addition with whatever she needed to be happy .

As to being a 'ler, I'll gleefully help out if desired but I don't have any innate desire to control, I'm far more a 'lee and wow does it feel good being totally open about that 😛😛😛.

Something else: while this gets classified as "bondage", I don't think it's mentally at ALL the same, is it? I mean, looking at pics of willing victims, what attracts me (as to whether a pic is any good or not) is that wonderful happy laughing *face*, more than anything else. We're attracted to the happiness 😛. I guess that's why I'm not focused on feet or some other body part, I just wanna be happy and make people happy. If somebody wants to focus on my feet, cool, I'm extremely tickly there and I'll have fun in whatever way people get turned on, but to me it's about the fun.
