Hi there. First off, I have a massive tickle fetish, but maybe I'm a little shy about it.

Anyway, there is nothing more I want to do than tie my gf to the bed and torture her for a while, before making love.

Any advice on how I should approach this? Do we discuss it at length first, or could I suprise her by tying her down before she knows it?

I'd probably start with some wrestling/tickling. While tickling her tell her it's turning you on. Afterwards talk about it and ask her if you could tie her up. Hope this helps

Yeeeaaaah, unless you've already established previously that she's cool with a) being tied down at all and/or b) likes being tied down by surprise, you should probably talk to her about it. I'd go with Sylar's suggestion; wrestle-tickle first, get a feel for how she likes that, then move on to tying her up if she's good with that. Good luck!

Start out small and simple. Maybe do talk it over. Your local adult novelty shops probably have cuffs, feathers and some sensitizing oils. OH and if she give the okay for tying up, make sure you use a comfortable silk rope or something. Nothing worse than burn from the wrong type of rope. 😉
