from the instructions you give my lips
as I surrender my land with your
hands to my hips
tonight we fight battles and build blockades
in the morning we'll make treaties
and I offer to surrender quietly if
you promise to be kind when you
invade
tonight Paris meets Rome
rearranges the territory
kisses and

As someone that just about despises romantic movies and considers herself as far from girly at most times as one can be, it's pretty surprising how much I was grinning while reading this one hon. This is what romance should be. Just unbridled bliss and two trains barreling down the tracks on a collision course NO ONE will ever be able to stop. I never feel that with most movies or books that deal with passion, romance, and love. It's too cheesy or over the top, but in this pure form of truth...I absolutely love it and I'm jealous of where you are at right now. 😉
