Iron Man 3

Hey guys, Iron Man 3 is being released midnight on Friday, who's going? Rotten Tomatoes the movie critic website has a 93% approval ratings overall from critics. It has also made almost 200 million dollars worldwide already, about as much as the film cost. I'm also hearing it's as good as the first one which was an amazing movie. It will be hard to top The Avengers from last year, but the promo's look intriguing. If you haven't seen them, here's a look at one of the latest trailers. I'll be seeing it Friday

Just saw it, great movie!! Definitely better than the 2nd one. I had a few gripes, nothing major though. Final fight is a lot better then the second one. Good humor as always, Tony being his snarky self. Not as good as Avengers though and prob would put it as good as the first Iron Man. Definitely worth a watch though.

I thought it was awful personally and I hardly ever say that about a marvel movie, nothing seemed to happen for two hours. The very end seemed dumb and Mandarin, yeah, I won't even start on that one. The main battle was pretty awesome but everything leading up to that seemed boring. It was more like a buddie movie comedy than an action movie. The first two were by far better than this one

I haven't seen it and probably won't. It lost me when I saw so many 'iron men' in the previews. I'll probably catch it when it comes to cable or dvd if I'm in the mood.

Do you guys read the comics? The only ones I know who didn't like this movie is the ones who follow the comics do to the movie kind of deviating from the comics.Only two gripes I have, 1 Mandarin was not the Mandarin we thought, and 2 Tony should have been in the suit more. Other than that I liked it, the final fight was very good.

The final fight was totally predictable as was that which followed....plot was weak at best....special effects were good but the overall movie fell flat...Downey has said he doesnt want to do another sequel....I hope he is serious about that...

I read the comics as a kid and I enjoyed it. I have a serious love/hate relationship with this movie. The Mandarin thing really irked me and those who saw the movie know why but all in all I thought it served the movie okay. The special effects were good, set-up was good, and I thought it was well executed. I won't say that its the best film Marvel has put out but it was up there for me. Robert Downey's performance I thought was well done and somewhat realistic. And also the scene after the credits was really funny.

All in all I liked it but I can kind of see why others might not like it as much.

Felt it was a disappointment myself - never really followed the comics, but other than the "Avengers", I think they all have been lackluster. I did like Cap America though.

Iron Man 3 was sooooooo disappointing. I was falling asleep during it, that's how bad I thought it was. I guess i'll keep praying that Thor 2 doesn't disappoint either.
