It's easy...
You just need to copy from YouTube the URL of the clip, then paste it in the first line on http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php and click "download". A "download link" button will appear, just follow the guide beside it.
You will need also the FLV player, you can find it here: http://www.martijndevisser.com/blog/article/flv-player-updated
