I live in Australia, I can't see him. He could be an Australian with an American accent, which is fine. But I assure you that's not an Australian "accent" - which I never knew existed until last week. To me Australian "accents" just sound normal.

For an Australian accent - look up the old Tickle Abuse video with Charlotte. She speaks with an Australian accent. But she's a ticklee, not a tickler, as you were looking for.
