is there such thing as "too old to watch this"?

johnny bravo cracks me up till this day and I'm 19 now 🙁 .... I watch pokemon from time to time too! I sometimes watch "Arthur" too. I don't know ... it gives me a mixed feeling of nostalgia and enjoyment when I watched all these shows

Psht, hell naw, there isn't! Don't let anybody tell you you're "not allowed" to watch something because you're "too old" for it. I'm almost twenty one, and I almost exclusively watch nothing but cartoons... XD

I think sometimes there's a period where you don't get any pleasure from watching certain things you enjoyed watching when you were younger......perhaps one can expect to get the same pleasure from the programme every time and sometimes when you're older this disappoints, but quite often this is momentary and later on in life you'll watch these things again, but get a very different pleasure from watching them, for example pleasant reminiscing over things/characters you'd forgotten about, or watching a kids programme with kids from your family and seeing how they respond and interact with it compared with how you did when you were their age 🙂

There was a tickle scene in Arthur once.

Hell, I still like to watch the old Looney Tunes cartoons... if you can find them anywhere. Remember, they were actually written for adult audiences, anyways, not kids.

Pfff, not even Adult Swim though, although I do occasionally watch those too... XD
No, I'm talking, like... Phineas and Ferb, Gravity Falls, Star VS the Forces of Evil. I derive pleasure from those shows, and I defy anyone to tell me I'm too old to do so! >83

I have heard that too. I live with my mom & dad, due to health issues, and my dad has walked in on me once or twice while I was watching Pokémon. He got mad, saying I was to old to watch that. That never stopped me from watching though.

I don't watch many cartoons now [with exaptation of Adult Swim and Anime] , but that's manly because I don't watch much TV these days.

I would say, if you enjoy doing it, don't listen to what the nay-sayer have to say. Life is to short not to do the things that make you happy
