I think you're ok. I've seen American girls wearing stuff like that who were at least 10x your size! Plus, I don't think you really looked fat at all. Anyone will seem chubby if they pull on their bellies like that.... Except skeletons.... 🙂

Honestly, it's a little hard to tell from the video. Yes, you can grab some flesh. But pretty much anyone can do that. From the zoomed out pictures of your middle, you look fine. Your sides don't seem to bulge out, you still have appropriate curves. It doesn't look like you've got a lot of belly fat bulging in the front (paunch or a spare tire, as it were) but there weren't any side shots.

Short version: You look fine to me, you can wear your belly shirt if you like.
