Items you hoard dementedly

This thread is for things that probably have little or no value, historical interest, or any practical use, but somehow you still feel the need to hoard like a lunatic.

For me this is bottle-tops/bottle-caps. I have boxes and bags full of them here and at Karen's house. I even have family members (again, here and at Karen's house) donating to the cause. Sometimes when I'm feeling really super bored, I build pyramids out of them. I even have a couple of historical/sentimental bottle tops (the cap from the first drink I purchased legally, the cap from the bottle I started when my dog was alive and finished when he went to live on the farm, etc).

Yeah, that's my manic-hoard. I also do it to pin-badges, old things, and almost anything that bears the magic words "Special _____ Edition". I also used to hoard TV magazine covers that featured Coronation Street as the main image (they were surprisingly rare).

i hoard my hearing. i listen to loud music and love it, so i'll be deaf by 45 :super_hap

Every year, I have to buy a new one from the renfair or a catalog. My display cabinet is already reaching the point where it can't hold any more and I just can't stop.

(No, it is sadly a renfair that doesn't have stocks one can lock the ladies in for fun... stupid renfair, eating my money and not having tickling)

Well, yeah! But what if your hobby is hoarding foreign coinage... ?

Anyway, I don't(hoard foreign coins).

Besides my ever-loving lust for smooth-flowing pens, I have a rather obsessive-compulsion for hoarding crappy movies. I now have upwards of 3000 lousy, cheap, awful(by most people's standards) films to watch.

Thank God, because I just can't take most current TV programming these days. I say 'most', mind you. There's some seriously(puts tie on) great stuff on, but most of it I intend on someday catching on disc, rather than allowing work or other schedules to get in the way.
