It's illegal to tickle a woman in Virginia..

I've seen that one before. But it's not like a police officer is going to see a couple flirting, the man tickling the woman and run up and yell "Stop! You're under arrest!" The ticklee would have to press charges. And at that point, it's really just a specific kind of assault. Moral of the story: Don't tickle people who don't want to be tickled. Especially in Virginia.

Ok, I'm no scholar, but I'm positive that law is unconstitutional. People have a right to be intimate with other consenting adults in their own bedroom. That's why anti-sodomy laws were struck down. As long as you're in your own place, and aren't making noises/smells to disturb your neighbors, you can't be stopped. Can't be stopped!
 
These "laws" are archaic and probably left on the books simply because of a lack of necessity.
 
Not sure if this law holds true elsewhere, but in AZ its illegal to have oral sex in a hotel room! :lol I think sex in general ought to be banned in hotel rooms! --No telling what the hells taken place on that matress prior to you sleeping on it! :scared

I didn't know that shower law in Kentucky hahaha ^.^ Then again, I shower every other day or so soooooo, I'm good.....

and Ohio and Arizona, both states I've previously lived in, have wierd rules as well, lmao.
 
My favorite was always one from Indiana (my home state), I believe it's something along the lines of "It is illegal to allow a monkey to smoke a cigar while standing on the sidewalk" in South Bend.

I want to know where this law was applied.

Found another good one:

A man over the age of 18 may be arrested for statutory rape if the passenger in his car is not wearing her socks and shoes, and is under the age of 17.

Mustaches are illegal if the bearer has a tendency to habitually kiss other humans.
