She was recently on Big Brother Brazil and was eliminated. But, the curious thing, is that she said for another contestant that:
"(...) you've already had the opportunity to put me on the elimination, even the opportunity of tickling me, bother me (...)"
The word "cócegas" highlighted means "tickle". The thing is that "tickle" is commonly used as a metaphore in Portuguese to express something that bothers someone. So, I don't know the context and it's difficult to know for sure what she was talking about. But I think it's more likely to be the use of the word as a metaphore. Anyway, here are some pictures of her:
