Well I'm 18 and I was wondering if its illegal to post under 18s tickled, I mean no nudity and probally 16 at the youngest. Which is not bad to me coz thats my age group and thats the age group I hang with 16 - 20 years old.
But I just wanted to know, coz I wouldn't want to upset anyone or get in trouble.

Yes, it's illegal and therefore not allowed. Don't try it...the people who run this forum are obligated to take that rule very seriously.

While the age difference/group may indeed appear to be within the bounds of legality, bottom line is......under 18 is under 18 regardless of how close YOU are being 18 or over. Under 18 is a minor.
You being 18 and anyone being anywhere UNder 18 makes it illegal.
Even if both parties are under 18, while for them, things are fine and dandy with each other, in a forum that restricts underage posts and activity, here, anyone that is under 18 is restricted.

There are sites and forums that do cater to those who are still under that age. Tis there you/they will have to find their safe tickle haven. For now.
