While I too like them to specify the bodypart you could have asked the question without being rude, it's not like they get some reward out of sharing this stuff. You should be grateful that they share anything at all.

In the future maybe be a bit more specific with the spot? Since "upper body" is a large range of areas. For example if they bought the movie expecting say a belly tickle and they get a rib or armpit tickle and they're not into those spots their money will be wasted. Thanks for sharing though!
