I have seen a number of them, and never been disappointed with one. they really don't have a plot, per se. it's usually Jan and one of her friends taking turns tying and tickling. Sometimes there is a "plot" in terms of Jan introducing the other person to tickling.

I have one JanB video and it's very, very good. It's more on the playful than the torturous side. Not that many people post info here on her videos but those that have generally say good things about her stuff.
