Japanese site with streaming clips

Sometime ago somebody posted a reference to a japanese site with loads of online clips, but I can't find it anymore. I have been searching several japanese sites, but japanese was not my best language at school (they use these weird characters and stuff 😉 ).

Does anyone know where I can find these clips?
