japanese tickling commercial:hope this works

1st time I'm posting a clip.I wouldn't be surprised it doesn't work,but here goes nothin' 🙂.I'm not sure what the commercial sells,but it shows a japanese horse muppet tickling a young japanese girls barefeet(real short clip).Like I said hope this works...

I realize the little muppet thing was a horse, in relation to the horse race, but what does tickling her feet have to do with it? On the other hand I'm not one to pass up mainstream tickling and Japanese at that.
