Actually.... I hate to burst the bubbles of those that think she's being tickled but rather, she's writhing in pain during a reflexology experiment.

I think that she's experiencing a similar ticklish pain like somebody whose feet are tortured with a hairbrush. It hurts and tickles at the same time.
