Still dont see the point in you're posts.. Its one thing to threaten a website and have you're content removed, but then posting a clip? Seeing that I do believe this all was a publicity stunt, I wont bother downloading the clip.. If thats you're creative marketing plan, who knows how "creative" the videos are..
 
Right on, Bobbob. Isn't this the same person who was threatening to "shut this site down" for copyright infringement? Now she's posting them herself. Does this strike anyone else as particularly Sybil-esque? Maybe the personality we saw a few days ago will get mad at the personality we see today and shut herself down!!! It's a little late to wave the white flag once you've already fired the cannons, Jasmine.

While the threat upset myself too, things are a bit different.

As it seems, miss Sinclair's webmaster first tried to get in touch with TT admin and failed.
He got angry - and frankly lacking diplomacy - posted that msg about having the forum closed down.

Bad move, especially since they DID NOT state which clips where infringing a copyright.
It really looked like a bad joke.

Then another user subscribed, under Jasmine Sinclair's name. The webmaster used just "Jasmine".
This time they posted the links to the offending clips, and Nessonite had them removed.

Miss Sinclair later said those clips where scaled-down versions of stuff SOLD through her site.
That's the copyright thing. And they were right about that: that's the law.

Now, the clip she's offering is a FREE promotional clip.
I suppose it's a way to say thanks for removing the "stolen" clips - and maybe sorry for upsetting ppl.


Now, we all know the forum is running under a beta - maybe miss Sinclair's webmaster really lost his first post.
His fault was believing that TT admin actually deleted it on purpose - as if ppl were so keen on being sued. 😀

Why am I telling you this?
Cause I'm the bloke who actually asked which were the offending clips.

That's it. 😀

I don't know the extent or truth of the political rumblings that are going on with Ms. Sinclair and her threats, but I would like to comment on the clip. For starters I think Ms. Sinclair has very nice feet. But in all honesty does not look the least bit ticklish. Sorry but it looks fake to me. Just my opinion.
 
I can assure you I AM very ticklish on my feet ....I am sorry if you think it looks fake! Just out of interest, what makes you say that? Would love to know.

Hi everyone.

I am the gentleman in the video tickling Jasmine and I can assure you all she's very ticklish. Especially when you restrict her feet ver tightly and tickle hard right on the soles of the feet AND under her toes!

I love tickling her. So whoever says she's not ticklish and the video is fake couldn't be more wrong.

Too bad it's a zip file as I always have trouble with them. It sounds like it's a great clip judging from the other responses but I am sure I'm not the only one who hasen't much use for zip files. Maybe I can check this clip out some other way but if not I won't worry about it .
