Java a threat?

I was just about to update the Java until I came upon a site known as Chicago Tribune update talking about. However, the bold words had said: U.S. says Java still risky, even after security update.

I only notice something like that and it seem that it was in google 3 hours ago...or so it said.

This is why I use no script. With this fire fox add-on, only the web sites I trust have my permission to use java script and everything else is blocked automatically.

I had no idea that an Add-on like that exist. I think I'll add that to it.

As for you Jamie...Java can be a pain...but I still find it hard to figure out why Jave would give so much trouble to some that tries to use it.
