I wouldn't be surprised if he was back soon. He'll sit home for a few months, and then get board. He would only have to wrestle one night a week if he went to NWA/TNA, but he wouldn't make much money, and I don't think he'd want to piss off Vince. Then again, I missed tonight's PPV, so for all I know he may have shown up.
I must honestly say that Matt Hardy's star power has increased since the team split, while Jeff has become predictable and unenthused.

It was funny that people were regarding Jeff as the next Shawn Michaels while Matt would be the Marty Jennetty of The Hardy Boyz. I think people may have been bored with Jeff's style while people have gone for Matt's arrogant character, but I haven't watched WWE in frickin' ages, so I wouldn't know much. Jeff will be back. If he changes his style, he could get that superstar status once again.
