I didn't see this posted..

There is an episode of the Client List..

A guy is blowing on some sort of a.. party favor type thing, or something.

He then puts the thing on Hewitt's neck, and it tickles her. She clearly has a giggly type reaction.

I don't know the exact link, but it s on You tube, under some heading like

Jennifer Love Hewitt tickled.
