During a beauty show today Jess Levy was working on the model's feet (medium complexioned lady with long hair...I think her name is Dorie) with a file and asked her if her feet were ticklish. the model replied not at the moment, but they maybe would be if they use it on her toes. Jess replied that if they were doing that to her she would be laughing all over the place.

How to watch this video feed without it cutting off

If you try to view this in the window provided, this will continuously cut off every 3 minutes. What I have found to work is to start the feed, right click on the screen and select Properties. In the Properties window, copy the link showing, and paste the link into your browser's address window and click Go. Your WMP will launch...give it several seconds and the show will be streamed into the WMP. My suggestion is to check the program guide, and start loading the feed 15 minutes early. Once it starts, it will not cut off if you use this method for watching it.
