As someone who is involved in martial arts I can say this kind of playful messing around happens in training or sparing, not in actual matches.

If this happens in a fight, is there an immediate disqualification of the person who tickled the opponent? The opponent can stop the fight and say "Hey, he/she tickled me!"? I'm asking it because of what Ronda Rousey said in one or two interviews about it...
