Sometimes movies get posted on You Tube and they are slowed down (or speeded up) and sometimes they have this kind of fading in the middle of the screen; I'm sure you know the phenomenon.
This is one such clip. I figure if anyone ever read about it (it was on a 90s mainstream list, that's how I was first alerted to it), now they can see what it is. Also, the 90s mainstream list neglected to mention it was Joan Severance who was the 'lee!
