I'm a little concerned of the legality of posting this clip. One of our fellow and prized members jpbfc posts these clips because he makes them. Now at five minutes long I don't think this clip is just a taster clip. I dunno, I might be wrong, but I feel the producer might object to it's presence here. Think we need a mod...

And yes, I'm aware it's not in the "no-post" list. But if he's actually selling that clip that's posted on YouTube, then I think he might be a bit pissed.

Thanks for your post and your words - that is one of the things which I really appreciate on this board (and on TMF also). I realized the presence of this clip at youtube a few days ago and my first idea was to claim, that youtube deletes it. But when I saw, that more than 14000 views were counted already, and as it is an older clip, I thought that it is a kind of advertising. Especially, as we as producers are shown at the beginning of the clip. The only thing that might piss somebody of, is, if somebody purchased the clip and paid money for it, and all the others now get it for free (although the quality of the clip at youtube is really bad, compared to that of our downloads).

So we'll gonna leave it there at youtube. This decision should not encourage others, to post the full versions of our clips on youtube or rapidshare or wherever - as we will have to stop it then. And just to remind those, who share what they (or others) paid for - the financial support helps us to produce new clips, start new projects. Otherwise, we - speaking for all producers - start keeping the results for ourselves or stop the productions.

One of the comments is annoying - for me at least:
"dude, how lond does it take for this chick to get tickled, theres like a stupid introduction"
This guy gets 5 minutes of tickling and is complaining about 50 seconds of introduction ...

From my communications with many clip-store producers, I found that most don't object to some of their older material being reposted because it has usually already been shared quite a bit and may have more value as advertising than anything else. Still, we discourage sharing of full-length movies or very long clips without specific permission, to ensure that producers are not being cheated.

As I said before - the producers will not mind to post older material - but it isn't really fair concerning those, who paid for the clips before. And in future, some of them would rather wait until it is posted for free, than to buy it.
