I was looking for the tread for this, but couldn't find it.

I just had a bad experience today that made me recoil at the perversions that exist out there. But it also made me more willing in talking tickling out of the circle.

Let's just say it involved a few of guys watching videos recently downloaded. Some of the nastiest, ugliest, most disturbing scenes I have ever seen. I won't say out of discretion. Why were we watching? Same desire for shock that made me go see Jackass the movie. But this was far worse -- I still don't feel clean.

Anyway, I hope that people here realize how much more "pleasant" tickling is and how it desperately needs to distance itself from the whole dark regions of the internet. I sure as hell did. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go take another shower.

I totally agree with you ticklehound 100%! there is a dark side of the internet its always been there & it will Still be there for years to come. I admit that ive looked at some sick porn pictures on the internet some invovling NOT so good stuff. But i do also on the other hand dont wanna get sucked in and caught up in looking at porn online because thats not the kind of person i want to be maybe for some Guys yeah porn is all cool & hott for them but for me its really not thats why i wanna stop looking at it

Sorry, couldn't resist. Anyway, I certainly agree that there is some awful, inhuman, degrading stuff out there; stuff that makes tickle-torture seem fit for a PTA meeting.

Stil, we should be mindful that 'sick is in the eye of the beholder', and that probably some guy is looking at the TMF right now and wondering why we can't just sodomize baby goats like any sane person...

I sympathize, ticklehound; I've been shocked and disturbed by some things I've seen and read. I know that feeling of being dirtied by depravity.

On the plus side, seeing such things DID help me accept my tickling tastes more easily -- as tickling seems pretty gosh-durn innocent after seeing what people can get up to.

AND, I know that the depraved stuff I've seen is nothing compared to what must be out there. I don't want to know, and decline to find out.

Know whats scary? The web is just humanity personified and having easy communication with each other. So the sad truth is the world is home to some of the sickest freaks in history. It's just now they can safely be freaks on the net and not get put in jail or have the shit beaten out of them for their actions.

Let it also be known, that these perverts are just the minority, even though the true numbers are impossible to know. The real truth is a LOT of people just plain don't care, and so the only people we see are the freaks who not only get off on stuff that would make a shrink's head cave in, but have a compulsive need to present it to the world.

FYI, the infamous video was shown again today. Disturbing as it is, it is always funny to see a guy get drop-kicked in the squirrel stash. Recoil all you want, I know it's true.
