Karine Ferri Soles (cute French television presenter)

I random came across this awesome image and found that it's apparently of Karine Ferri, who at the moment is currently a television presenter in France:



Apparently from 2010-2011, she co-hosted a morning radio show called "Le 6/9", meaning the show ran from 6-9 a.m.



So I'm guessing the sole image was taken some time around then. Does anyone who lives in France have any additional information regarding the image and how it came about? Perhaps even a larger or clearer version of it? My only guess is she was humorously advertising the show and got creative? Or perhaps it was one of her male co-hosts' idea?
